The Colorado Institute for Technology Transfer and Implementation (CITTI) assists creative individuals in transforming technological ideas into economic opportunity. CITTI's mission is to support economic development by providing technology-centered enterprises with access to capital and business information, with an emphasis on sectors recognized as critical to the regional economy. CITTI serves as a bridge between the intellectual resources of the University and the high-tech community, focusing on technology development consulting in the areas of engineering, technology, and finance; information sharing on the topic of technology development; and support for technology transfer. Interdisciplinary in design, CITTI facilitates technology transfer and stimulates economic development through: workshops, forums, symposiums, conferences, research, publications, and pilot implementations.

The Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce encompasses the Tri-Lakes area, which includes the incorporated cities of Palmer Lake and, Monument, and the Gleneagle and Woodmoor communities. The chamber also serves the Black Forest area, Larkspur and Colorado Springs. We provide networking activities, educational seminars, community events, sponsorships and support for businesses in the above areas. Membership totals range between 280 and 300, and the majority of the members are small businesses.
We have an active13-member board of directors and three staff, including a chamber director.
